These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Loominate.co.uk (the “Platform”), operated by Andsco Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (Company No. 10563727), (“we”, “us” or “our”). By accessing or using the Platform, purchasing products or services, or creating an account, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Loominate.co.uk provides:
· Pre-recorded training video animations on cyber security and data privacy, available for individual purchase or as part of packaged training programmes;
· Professional services to create bespoke training videos for clients.
All services are for educational purposes. We do not guarantee any specific business outcomes.
To use the Platform, purchase products, or access training videos, you must:
· Be 18 years or older, and
· Agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.
· You must create an account to purchase or access videos.
· You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your password, and for all activity that occurs under your account.
· Notify us immediately if you suspect any unauthorised use of your account.
· We may suspend or terminate your account if we believe your account is being misused or if you breach these Terms.
· All payments are processed securely via Stripe.
· We offer one-time purchases, subscriptions, and professional services.
· No refunds or cancellations are available once a purchase is completed.
· By purchasing, you warrant that all payment details provided are accurate and that you are authorised to use them.
· For bespoke training videos, the standard turnaround is 5 business days per 5-minute animation after agreement of terms. Timelines may vary depending on the complexity of the request.
· You will be notified of expected delivery times before work begins.
· Copyright in all Loominate.co.uk content, including pre-recorded and bespoke videos, remains with Andsco Ltd unless otherwise agreed in writing for bespoke content.
· Clients are granted a limited, non-transferable licence to use purchased videos internally only.
· You may not share, reproduce, adapt, distribute, or use videos externally without our prior written permission.
By using the Platform, you agree to:
· Use the Platform and purchased content only for lawful, internal, educational purposes;
· Not engage in any activity that may compromise the security, integrity, or availability of the Platform;
· Comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
· Our training videos and services are provided for educational purposes only. We do not guarantee any particular results or outcomes.
· We are not liable for any losses, damages, or breaches arising from improper use of our content, including failure to follow internal compliance or security policies.
· To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you in connection with the Platform or services is limited to the amount you paid to us.
· Subscription access is granted for the period specified at the time of purchase.
· You are responsible for ensuring payment information is up to date to maintain uninterrupted access.
· Subscription renewals may be automatic, unless cancelled according to instructions provided at the time of purchase.
· We may suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at any time, without notice, for breach of these Terms or if we believe your use is inappropriate.
· Upon termination, all licences granted to you to use content cease immediately.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will always be available on our Platform. Continued use of the Platform after changes indicates acceptance of the updated Terms.
By using the Platform, you also agree to:
